Surf Kincardine
That’s right, Kincardine is Ontario's Surf Town.In 2012, Explore Magazine ranked Station Beach 2nd in "Where to surf in Canada", and Redbull Canada listed it as one of "Canada’s Top Surf Spots".When North West winds storm through, surfers from all over trek to Kincardine’s Station Beach to enjoy surf & swell that's being served up by good ol’ mother nature. Surfers relish in the fact that they can JUMP off the end of the pier and catch some of the longest rides available (when the conditions are right, of course)! It's the chair lift of surfing, and we cherish it!Station Beach is home to the largest surf competition on the Great Lakes. The West Shore Huron Classic // The Great Lakes Surf Competition presented by Billabong runs every Fall, when we get the most reliable swells.
